Domestic:

We provide free shipping for domestic orders above Rs. 5,000.

Order placed will be dispatched through our partnered courier services. There will be no domestic shipping fee on orders above Rs. 5,000. On orders below, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the location where the items are being shipped to domestically or internationally.

 

What is the estimated delivery time for online orders?

Domestic:

Delivery time within India is typically 7 working days. Subject to regulations and restrictions due to COVID. 

Delivery Delay: If any item is taking longer than the estimated delivery time given, please email us on houseoftushaom@gmail.com. 

How do I track my shipment?

HOT uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers tracking number and the link for tracking.

Delivery Isssues :If we are unable to delivery any product due to production issue, we will inform you beforehand rather than waiting for the delivery time line. Delay in delivery due to customs/ unavailability/ change of address/ factors beyond our control we will not be liable under those circumstances.
